The "Priceline Negotiator" and the "Name Your Price" features made Priceline famous. These tools raised awareness of questionable bookings. However, both have now been removed. On the other hand, you can still obtain reasonable prices on opaque bookings (one in which specific details are hidden until after the transaction is complete). Check out one of Priceline's Express Deals if you don't have a preferred car rental company. You won't know which agency you'll be renting from until after your reservation is complete and the reservations are non-refundable.
